Customer Reviews
Great Big Chest Doll, minor wig issue
My big chest doll arrived quickly, and the doll wig needed a little styling.
Got my new doll, it's pretty good!
So I finally decided to get a curvy sex doll from Zelex, and it arrived yesterday! It was pretty exciting getting the package. Everything was super discreet, which was a relief. The doll feels really nice, the skin texture is definitely realistic. It took about two weeks to get here, which wasn't too bad. I also got a heating wand, and that thing works like a charm. Overall, I'm happy with it, felt like a good buy.
Absolutely love my new doll!
Oh my goodness, I just received my custom face doll and it is beyond amazing! The details are incredible, and the realistic skin texture is just perfect. I can't believe how quickly it arrived, only 10 days! The standing feet option makes it so much more versatile too. I am so happy with this purchase. I will definitely be shopping here again for accessories! My friends are going to be so jealous.
Consistent quality, reliable service
This was my third purchase from Zelex. I've bought a full-size silicone sex doll and a couple of doll wigs previously. This time I got a doll storage bag and some replacement doll hands. Just like before, the order was processed quickly. Everything arrived well-packaged and the quality is consistently high. The storage bag is durable, and the hands fit my doll perfectly. They've always been reliable with their shipping estimates, and their products hold up well over time. That's why I keep coming back.
Smooth order, good quality product
I ordered a TPE sex doll from Zelex last month, and the whole process was quite streamlined. The website was easy to navigate, and finding the specific model I wanted wasn't an issue. Shipping took about 12 days, which was within their stated timeframe, and the packaging was very discreet, which I appreciated. The doll itself is well-made; the TPE material feels realistic, and the joints are articulated smoothly. I also bought the doll cleaning kit, and it works well for maintenance. My only minor critique is that the tracking updates could have been a bit more frequent in the early stages, but it did eventually catch up. Overall, a solid experience and a quality product.
Great value on clearance
I was looking for a good deal and found a petite sex doll in their clearance section. Got it for a great price, almost $150 off. The quality for the money is surprisingly good, definitely worth what I paid. It felt like a smart purchase and I'm happy with the overall value.
Good quality, minor shipping hiccup
I ordered a full-size silicone sex doll. The doll itself is fantastic; the craftsmanship is very professional, and it truly feels high-quality. The packaging was discreet, which I appreciated. My only small complaint was that shipping took a little longer than the estimate, about two extra days. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, though. Overall, a solid purchase, just be aware that delivery times can vary slightly.
Decent doll, some shipping delay
I purchased a realistic female doll, and it arrived as described. The quality of the silicone is quite good, and it feels durable. However, shipping took a bit longer than I expected, around 15 days, even with the 'expedited' option. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was a plus. The pricing was fair, especially since I got it during a seasonal sale. I would say it's good value for the money, but be prepared for potential shipping variations.
Fast delivery, good product
Bought a doll cleaning kit. Arrived quickly. Product works well. Simple and efficient purchase. Would buy again.
My new TPE doll is amazing!
I just received my TPE sex doll and I'm absolutely blown away by the quality! The realistic skin texture is incredible, and the details are just perfect. Shipping was discreet and fast too. I will definitely be shopping here again for accessories, and I've already told my friend about them!

how long does shipping usually take once you order? need to plan accordingly haha.
anyone tried returning one of these? how's their return policy for a doll?
how do Zelex dolls compare to like, Piper dolls? is there a big difference in quality?
Any experience with Zelex vs WM Doll? I'm torn between a couple of models from both.
Are returns a nightmare? What if I get it and it's not what I expected or something is off?
